- Optional ability to view native HTML messages in the message display making it more compatible with Outlook but avoiding the security issues that Outlook can have User-Definable 'Trays', as well as the current selection of 'All', 'Incoming' etc, will make it possible to select a subset of messages based on a defined set of criteria
- A 'My Messages' 'tray' function will be provided to allow the users to gather the messages they deem to be of importance to them 'Drag and Drop' functionality to allow the addition of messages into a user defined 'tray'.
- Hierarchical structure of 'trays' will be allowed so users can develop a 'filing system' for messages.
- Quick, user definable, 'one-touch' buttons that will allow the user to apply a keyword to the current message, add that message to an existing list, or place that message into a user defined folder.
- Extended use of colours to define differentiation of messages based on ownership (departmental etc.), importance etc.
- Tray filter options to assist in removing unwanted messages from general viewing.
- Search criteria highlighted within results of search.
- Revised Alerts system for notification of deliveries, failures, receipts etc. with easy access to view messages referred to in each alert.
- Permanent rotation of fax image (if fax received inverted).
- Display of number of pages in a fax with extended manipulation features.
- View or Hide message header and footer information based on user defined rules for different message types. This will follow through to printing of these messages as well.
- Improved access, control, and management of internet attachments.
- Re-edit of Subject field in summary screen - rather than current replace only method.
- View, modify, delete addresses from destination address list (message addresses based on Company Directory data and routing rule chosen when message was sent) if permitted.
- Modify priority of message - if permitted.
- View, Modify message headers, footers for current user - if permitted.
- Define rules for incoming message alerts, 'away from office' notifications, forwarding of messages - if permitted.
